The team chart, turned over

The same team, upside down. The leaders we serve are near the top, their organizations and the lives those organizations touch are above them, and all of us are underneath, holding them up. The coaches and Business Development Assistants, and Development Assistants stand closest to the leaders. Our impact is found through the leaders and the lives they change in and through their organizations.

The lives they touch

tens of thousands

Students and families, patients and clients, givers, staff, boards, and the communities around each organization. This is where the vision lands: every leader transformed in their ability to fund their God-given vision in this generation.

Their organizations

132

Christian schools, ministries, churches, and nonprofits served by an active agreement today. A leader who grows in generosity changes the organization, and the organization changes the lives above it.

The leaders we serve

156 agreements

Heads of school, executive directors, pastors, development directors, and their teams. 123 in coaching, 21 with Data and Systems Support, 12 with a Development Assistant. Everything below this line exists for them.

Closest to the leaders

33 people

The coaches meet the leader every week. The Business Development Assistants open the door to the next leader. The Development Assistants carry follow-up for leaders we serve. Data and Systems puts the right data in the leader's hands.

15 coaches · 4 Business Development Assistants · 9 Development Assistants · 5 Data and Systems Support

Those who lead, serve upward

5 people

Three Lead Coaches with a cadre each, Micah leading and training the DAs and BDAs, and Lauren leading Data and Systems. Their work is the growth of the people above them.

Mitch Menning · Josh Davis · Stephanie Wollenburg · Micah Foster (Dream Support) · Lauren Luque

Operations and finance

7 people

The calendar, the inbox, the events, the books, and the filings that let everyone above keep their attention on leaders.

Erica Foster · Kelsey Prince · Maddy Haar · Laura Brock · Paula Clark · the bookkeeper · CPA

Founder

Zach Clark. At the bottom on purpose: the job is to serve, not be served.

01How to read it

The usual chart

The founder on top, the team beneath, the leaders we serve off the page. It is useful for finding each other and it says nothing about why we exist.

This chart

Turn it over and the people who matter most are at the top, where the eye goes first. The closer you stand to a leader, the higher you sit. Everyone below a line is there to hold up the line above it. Manage yourself first, then those above you, then those beside you.
